Survey for strive Carer Support Groups
We need as many survey responses as possible by the end of June 2022
Please participate in EDFA’s short survey to help us improve the strive Program and support more carers and families in need.
This information also helps us advocate for greater support and investment in eating disorder treatment.
Participation will involve completing a short online survey, and you will also be asked whether you are happy to participate in an optional focus group. We only need 20 participants for the focus group and would appreciate your involvement.
If you’re unable to complete the survey in one sitting, it will save your place so you can return to complete the remaining questions.
