As a carer, it’s essential to make time for yourself! Set aside 30 minutes each month to be guided through a relaxing meditation and mindfulness session that is tailored specifically for eating disorder carers.

Amanda Goodfellow is an experienced presenter, facilitator and TEDx speaker. She is the founder of Agile Mind, a business helping people to stay present and grounded amidst challenging circumstances through the practice of mindfulness.
Amanda experienced a decade-long eating disorder in her 20s and is passionate about supporting families navigating this journey.
